Ten years ago, we were newly married, young, happy, carefree, and full of dreams for the future. Back then, health and wellness weren’t as widely talked about as they are today. But we knew one thing for sure: we wanted a family more than anything.

Fast forward to today, and we’re now a joyful family of four with two amazing daughters. Along the way, we’ve learned so much, especially about the hidden dangers of plastics and how they can affect our health and wellbeing.
