Frequently asked questions
AquaFlask bottles are thoughtfully designed in California, USA, and responsibly manufactured overseas to ensure the best quality and value.
Absolutely. AquaFlask bottles are made from premium-grade stainless steel and built to go the distance. Each one is rigorously tested to meet international standards for vacuum insulation.
Yes – all AquaFlask bottles come with a 1-year limited warranty for your peace of mind. Our 1-year limited warranty covers manufacturing faults – things like leaking or broken caps, bottles that no longer insulate properly, or unexpected rattling noises. Please note: everyday wear and tear, including scratches, dents, or bumps, isn’t covered under this warranty.
A bit of condensation around the lid is completely normal. It happens because the lid is made from thermoplastic, which isn’t insulated like the bottle itself. Don’t worry – it doesn’t affect the temperature of your drink whether it's hot or cold.
Definitely! We’re always working on new designs and sizes to keep things fresh. Follow us on social media or check our website regularly so you don’t miss our latest drops.
